Cuesta Del Viento
In the heart of the pre-mountain range, two hours from the city of San Juan, among arid mountains that seem endless, lies Cuesta del Viento: a lake surrounded by reddish hills where the wind has an imposing presence. For many, one of the best kitesurf spots in the world.
A Unique Place
Those who visit it for the first time always say the same thing: “I feel like I’m on another planet”. And there’s some truth to that. And there’s some truth to that. The mountains change color throughout the day, nights are filled with stars that seem within reach, and the wind — the main protagonist — arrives almost every day, right on time, bringing riders and travelers from all over the world. This magical setting, the energy of the place, and a community that welcomes you with open arms are hard to explain unless you experience them. Equipment and Clothing
We provide all the necessary equipment during the lessons —wetsuit, vest, and helmet— you only need to bring the basics: comfortable clothes, towel, swimsuit and sandals; sunscreen, sunglasses and a cap; something warm for the evenings (even in summer it can get chilly); comfortable sneakers for walks or morning runs; mate, water and good vibes. If you have your own wetsuit, a 4/3 full suit is ideal, or a 3/2 in December and January.
